As a Board Member of World of Allocators (WOA) and Chair of the GBA Chapter, Josephine is widely recognized for her candid peer feedback and for cultivating an environment where honest dialogue thrives. Under her leadership, the GBA Chapter has doubled its membership to become WOA's largest chapter.

Michelle Sung is a Managing Director at ATM Capital, focusing on China-go-global investment opportunities across AI, consumer technology, consumer health, and wellness sectors.

As a Board Member of World of Allocators (WOA) and Chair of the Shanghai OpCo, Michelle is actively involved in chapter development and curating speaker lineups for industry-defining events. She is recognized for her operational excellence and her ability to convene diverse stakeholders around shared intellectual interests.

Frances Huang is Managing Partner of Shineaster Capital, a mainland China-based boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to supporting deep-tech innovation and entrepreneurship. She previously served as President of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) for approximately three and a half years, witnessing the emergence of domestic RMB funds and local LPs alongside the growing footprint of USD-denominated funds in China.

Julie Zhang is the Founder and Managing Director of Pagoda Media, a Hong Kong-based boutique advisory firm offering integrated PR, IR, and fundraising services for Chinese companies and asset managers going global, and for overseas institutions seeking to build trust and networks in Asia.
